This is the initial session, an on boarding session between you and the coach. At this point the coach and the client set the tone and spirit upon which the relationship will be based.

PER SESSION

This is a 6 – session package which could be weekly or every other week.
A session is one hour.
A session might be extended, at the discretion of the coach.
Discovery session (1st session) is free.
A session might be extended by the client for not more than thirty (30) mins, any longer will be paid for at 50% off.
Coach might invite client to perform some tasks which may help to foster client’s experience.
The exit session (this is a 6th session) is also offered free.
